Friday, after class and doing my Friday routine: pick up pay check and scheduale and go to the bank. I head over to the second hand clothing store. I brought with me the white pants which I modified, I pretty much just outline the stitching in black. I found the girl that I met last Friday putting away shoes. I went up to her, she gave an enthustiastic hi, and I said hi and asked if she remembered me from last friday. She said she did and I told her I brought the white pants which I redesigned. I showed her the pants and she loved them. She thought that the were really cool. She asked if they were for a special occasion and I said no, I just like to redesign colthes. She told me that she used to do that as well, but slowly stopped after her homeschooling stopped. We continued to chat, school and such things like that. She went to help a customer so I went to look at the clothes. I found a pair of shorts that I had actually been wanting to get for some time. They are baggy cargo shorts, black. I brought them to the register, she asked me if I was going to redesign them I said, I'll probably just wear these. She handed me my change and I asked her if she was doing anything later. She said she was going to dinner with a friend. For some reason I just froze, my mind went blank and I said, "so I guess I'll see you later." As I was walking away she said, maybe I'll see you on campus and I said yeah, and left.

Wow, I can't believe I didn't ask her if there was a better time for her to do something. I decided to go back on wednesday, if not then on friday. I talked to my sister about it over the phone, she said it would be fine as long as I wait a couple days and go back. When I do go back I'll say something like, "Last friday my mind went blank and forgot to ask you if you wanted to do something at another time, since you were busy on friday." If the opprotunity calls for it I'll give her my cell number.

I hope it'll go well. I don't want her to think I'm some weirdo for just leaving like that. I felt like I left so abruptly. I hope she does want to do something with me.
